Al Manhal Water Factory, an associate of Nestlé Waters; started its operation in Qatar in year 2000 in the line of bottled drinking water. From our introduction in Qatar over one decade ago, Al Manhal has grown to become the leading producer of bottled water in Qatar. Today, the Al Manhal community is made up of more than 25,000 home and offices, as well as over 2500 retail outlets.

Sales & Marketing
Our Sales team is led by group of professional officials whose goal is to provide the most responsive customer service in the market. Extensive sales and marketing training has been given to the team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to deal with our clients with a professional touch. Our Sales Team consists of 17 Salesmen (different nationals), two Sales Supervisor and two key accounts in-charge, guided by an Executive Head of Sales.
Al Manhal has a well-organized delivery system, which led into our status of being the market leader with an impressive 60% share of the water market. We have 55 delivery trucks and 8 backup vans to cater the requirement of our valued customers. We have trained delivery crew in all our vehicles to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and committed in delivering our product professionally and safely to our residential and corporate clients.
We firmly believe that every individual should have access to the best possible quality of drinking water. It is this belief that has prompted us to build a firm distribution network to cover all over Qatar.
A team of professional and competent technical person, chemists and maintenance supervisor leads this department. Laboratory staffs were trained by Nestle product technology centre, France. They are responsible primarily in maintaining the quality and safety of our product.
Our quality and food safety policy is to enhance sustained, profitable growth by providing premium quality, safe and wholesome products and services that always satisfy the expectation and needs of our valued customers. In addition, we follow Nestle Food Safety Management System, Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS) and HACCP Programme.
Being an associate of Nestle Waters, we follow their policies and procedures so as to ensure premium quality. Al Manhal is committed to continual improvement through accomplishing quality and food safety objectives by establishing, implementing and maintaining document effective management systems.
